• Row 3: cc5, 15sc
• Row 4: Repeat Row 1
• Row 5: Repeat Row 2
• Row 6: cc6, 15sc
• Row 7: Repeat Row 1
• Row 8: Repeat Row 2
• Row 9: cc5, 15sc
• Row 10: Repeat Row 1
• Row 11: Repeat Row 2

Vertical Stripes

Crochet 4 vertical stripes into each panel

• Start at Row 1, stitch 3, 6, 9, 12, 15

Edging

Stem

• Foundation: Chain 5
• Row 1: 2tr, 2sl st

Apple Core

• Foundation: Chain 6
• Row 1: 6sc
• Row 2: a, 2sc, a (a=decrease)
• Row 3: 2a
• Rows 4-6: 2sc
• Row 7: 2v (v=increase)

Apple Body

• Foundation: Magic ring (3ch)
• Row 1: cc6, 3dc, cc3, 3dc
• Row 2: 3v, cc6, 3v
• Row 3: sl st in same st, (fptr, 2dc, v) in next st, cc6, (fptr, dc, v) in next st, cc3, fptr, 2dc, sl st

4. ASSEMBLY

1. Sew Panels: Attach 4 side panels to bottom panel using whip stitch
2. Add Appliqués: Sew apple motifs to front/back panels
3. Bag Rim: Work 1 round of 3ch + 68sc around top edge
4. Handles: Braid 3 strands of brown yarn (180cm each) and attach to sides
